ID Analytics Appoints Industry Expert Larry McIntosh as Chief Marketing Officer

SAN DIEGO, CA, November 7, 2006 – ID Analytics, Inc., the Identity Risk Management company, today announced that Larry McIntosh has joined the Company as the chief marketing officer. McIntosh has almost 30 years of experience in marketing and branding, most recently in the information security industry.

Prior to ID Analytics, McIntosh was the senior vice president of worldwide corporate marketing at McAfee, Inc. where he leveraged McAfee's capabilities and domain expertise to help position the company as the leader in security risk management. Before McAfee, McIntosh served as chief marketing officer of Foundstone, Inc. (acquired by McAfee in 2004) where he successfully assisted in the transition of a well-respected private security company into a worldwide leader in vulnerability management software and services. Previously, at HNC Software (now Fair Isaac Corporation), McIntosh was responsible for corporate marketing where he helped evolve the company from a niche, custom analytics provider to a leading enterprise analytic software company.

McIntosh has held senior-level branding and advertising positions at such well-known companies as CBS Storerunner Network, Inc., Frito-Lay Inc. and Pepsi-Cola International. At Frito-Lay, Inc., he was vice president of branding and advertising, where he was charged with developing advertising campaigns, a new brand identity system, promotions and other relevant communications initiatives. As vice president of advertising at Pepsi-Cola International, McIntosh was responsible for managing the company's brand outside of North America. In addition to growing the brands internationally from $2 billion to nearly $5 billion, he negotiated all celebrity endorsements and was the principal driver behind the transformation of Pepsi to "blue."

McIntosh also serves as a board member of the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation for assisting underprivileged, abused and abandoned children.
