ID Analytics Appoints John Creelman Vice President and CFO Xuhui Shao Promoted to Vice President, Analytics

SAN DIEGO, CA, June 8, 2005 - ID Analytics, Inc., the Identity Risk Management technology company, today announced that John Creelman has been hired to the newly created position of vice president finance and chief financial officer. The company also has promoted Xuhui Shao to the position of vice president, analytics.

Creelman brings more than seventeen years of financial management experience to the company with industry experience spanning software, internet application services, networking equipment, data storage, computer peripherals, semiconductors and photonics. Additionally, Creelman has worked on three initial public offerings during his career.

"John is a great addition to our management team, bringing extensive experience with emerging, venture-backed companies," said Bruce Hansen, chairman and CEO of ID Analytics. "He will be instrumental in helping guide the company into the next phase of growth."

Creelman's experience includes positions at Western Digital Corporation (NYSE:WDC), MTI Technology (NASDAQ:MTIC) and The Active Network. Creelman was also the chief financial officer at Copper Mountain Networks (NASDAQ:CMTN), managing their annual revenue growth from $211,000 in 1997 to over $280 million in 2000 and leading their IPO in May of 1999.

Xuhui Shao, who joined ID Analytics in August 2002, has been promoted to the new position of vice president, analytics. In this role, Dr. Shao will continue to lead the analytics team responsible for developing core technology and advanced analytical solutions for identity fraud prevention. For the last ten years, Dr. Shao has been working in research and development in machine learning and computational intelligence in both academic and industry. Prior to ID Analytics, Dr. Shao was at HNC Software (now Fair Isaac) where he was a key member of the technology team for credit card fraud detection, and a lead scientist in the technology development group. Dr. Shao earned a PhD from the University of Minnesota and a BS and MS from Tsinghua University.
