ID Analytics Announces Keynote Speaker and Final Registration Date for Identity 2004, the Identity Risk Management Conference

SAN DIEGO, CA, September 9, 2004–ID Analytics, Inc., the Identity Risk Management company, today announced that registration for Identity 2004, its third annual symposium, closes on Monday, September 13. Identity 2004 will be held September 21 to 23 at La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA. Colin Crook, senior advisor to the Wharton Fellows and former CTO of Citigroup, will keynote the conference on Wednesday, September 22.
With a format that invites discussion, debate and exploration of issues, Identity 2004 is tailored expressly to executives responsible for protecting their organizations from fraudsters. In his keynote address, Colin Crook will talk about mental models, transformation and risk management. Crook is the author of "The Power of Impossible Thinking" and an independent expert on global technology and advanced business concepts. Crook has served on various US National Academy advisory committees and study projects, including the committee to establish a national cryptography policy. He leads the current NRC research team on financial R&D. He is former chairman of the Center for Adaptive Systems Applications in Los Alamos, board member of Onsett International in Cambridge, MA and of the futurist think tank, the Arlington Institute, Arlington, VA. Mr. Crook serves on the advisory boards of Rein Capital and Emergence: A Journal of Complexity Issues in Organizations and Management.
