Changes to this Privacy Policy

As laws, technology, and circumstances change, we may need to amend our policies from time to time.  We will not change our privacy policy unless those changes are first posted on our website.  If the change expands the ways in which we share the PI we collect in the future, we will send you a specific notice, either manually or online.  Any new policy will not apply retroactively – that is, we will not share your PI in ways inconsistent with the privacy policy that was in effect when you provided the information to us – unless you affirmatively consent.

Our privacy policy is dated to reflect the most recent update. To review past updates to this privacy policy, visit the Recent Updates page.

If ID Analytics is acquired by, or merges with, another business or files for bankruptcy, your PI may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will post a notice of the transaction on this website and/or send you a notice, as required by law.
