Bruce HansenCO-FOUNDER Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Hansen

Bruce Hansen co-founded ID Analytics in March 2002, bringing almost two decades of experience leading companies in the financial services and analytic software markets. Prior to founding ID Analytics, Hansen was President of HNC Software Inc., a $1 billion global provider of analytic software for financial services, telecommunications and healthcare firms to reduce fraud and credit risk. HNC was acquired by Fair Isaac in 2002.

Prior to HNC, Hansen was CEO of the Center for Adaptive Systems Applications (CASA) Inc., a privately-held advanced analytics company that developed analytic software and services for risk, operations and marketing applications within the financial services industry. CASA was acquired by HNC in 2000. Hansen's previous experience also includes executive roles at Citicorp (now CitiGroup), Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) and Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase).

Recognized throughout the industry for his work and leadership, Hansen was named the Ernst &Young's 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year for San Diego in the Emerging Growth category and named the Los Alamos National Laboratory's Entrepreneur of the Year in 1998.

Hansen is also a member of the Board of Directors for the San Diego Software Industry Council and the San Diego American Electronics Association (AeA) Technology Board.

Rob Benson Chief Information Officer Rob Benson

Rob Benson joined ID Analytics in 2010 as its Chief Information Officer responsible for leading ID Analytics' Project Management, Customer Operations, Information Technology, Software Development, Data Engineering, Quality Assurance and Information Security teams.

He brings over 25 years of senior-level industry experience to the company, including P&L management, operations, and technology leadership. Benson has led teams through dynamic growth, creating technology products, software development, and delivery.

Prior to joining ID Analytics, Benson was the President of Xtreme Revolution, an eCommerce business. Benson previously held a variety of senior executive positions at Fair Isaac (formerly HNC Software), including Vice President - Business Management, Vice President - Worldwide Operations, Senior Group Vice President, and Chief Information Officer. In these roles, Benson had management responsibility for teams with more than 300 people and budgets in excess of $80 million.

Prior to Fair Isaac, Benson held management roles at leading companies such as Pro-Tem, SAIC and General Dynamics.

Peter Boyes Chief Financial Officer Peter Boyes

Peter Boyes, ID Analytics' Chief Financial Officer, has a proven track record with successfully managing corporate finance operations. He has held similar roles with venture-backed technology companies, investment banks and investment management firms. Boyes’ background includes day-to-day management of finance organizations, development of merger and acquisition strategies, and capital management. At ID Analytics, he oversees the finance and legal organizations.

As a strategic finance executive, Boyes was most recently with Avondale Partners, LLC as Managing Director and Co-Head Technology Investment Banking. He joined Avondale as the result of a merger with Trumpet Partners, LLC where Boyes was one of three initial partners to start the boutique merger and acquisition advisory firm. Boyes has managed the completion of over $1 billion in finance and merger and acquisition advisory assignments.

Prior to Trumpet Partners, Boyes was Vice President Business Development and CFO at Mohomine, Inc. where he successfully assisted in raising close to $10M in venture capital funding. He also served as Vice President, Investment Banking at Volpe Brown Whelan and Company, LLC responsible for managing the merger and acquisition and corporate finance groups. Boyes started his career at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP as a Senior Associate in the Financial Advisory Services group. He was a Certified Public Accountant and holds NASD certifications.

Stephen Coggeshall Chief Technology Officer Stephen Coggeshall

Dr. Stephen Coggeshall is the company's Chief Technology Officer. Coggeshall has worked closely with ID Analytics and its executives since its inception and was instrumental in building the company's initial technical team and roadmap. In 2002, Coggeshall was co-founder and CEO of the analytics consulting company Los Alamos Computational Group which worked primarily with Morgan Stanley. Coggeshall has spent his 20-plus year career leading scientists to build practical solutions to difficult business problems using advanced analytics. He joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director, working in the areas of asset allocation, portfolio analysis, stock selection, proprietary derivatives trading and behavioral forecasts of investors and financial advisors.

Prior to Los Alamos Computational Group, Coggeshall was Group Vice President of the technology development organization at HNC Software. Until that time, Coggeshall was co-founder of CASA where he managed a group doing consumer behavioral and portfolio modeling and analysis (CASA was purchased in 2000 by HNC Software). Experience prior to CASA includes work in machine learning and adaptive computation; during this time Coggeshall led teams working with Citicorp, MasterCard and the Internal Revenue Service building applied solutions using advanced mathematical algorithms. He also spent 11 years at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in the field of laser fusion. Recognized throughout the industry for his work, Coggeshall was named a Technology Executive of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal in 2008.

David Ives Chief Client Officer John Treiman

With more than 15 years of experience, David Ives is the Chief Client Officer at ID Analytics leading the sales and channel teams in selling the Company’s products and services. With his technical, organizational, and customer knowledge he aids customers in applying ID Analytics solutions to their needs.

Previously, Ives was Executive Vice President, Global Head of Sales and Client Relations at Dealogic, where he was responsible for managing sales and client relations teams. He oversaw the generation of $60 million in recurring revenue and more than 360 global accounts managing teams in New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Sydney.

Before Dealogic, Ives held various executive positions at Reuters, most recently serving as Director of Sales responsible for buy side Americas, where he created a commercial and product platform, with emphasis on hedge funds.  Other positions at Reuters included serving as the Director of Sales for the New York City region and as Vice President, Major Account Manager, where he was responsible for generating new business as well as maintaining ongoing revenue from strategic accounts. Ives was the Vice President, Key Accounts at Multex prior to its acquisition by Reuters. He was credited with growing revenue for key accounts, including Bear Stearns, UBS, Bank of America and Franklin Templeton.

Ives started his career in account management positions at FAME Information Services, Data Broadcasting Company and Bridge Information Services where he was responsible for selling data management, data analysis and retrieval systems via the Internet, as well as desktop solutions to financial service companies and the investment community.

Larry McIntosh Chief Marketing Officer Larry McIntosh

Larry McIntosh is the company's Chief Marketing Officer and oversees all product, marketing, and government affairs initiatives. McIntosh has over 30 years of marketing, branding and relevant industry experience. Most recently, McIntosh was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Corporate Marketing at McAfee, where he leveraged McAfee's capabilities and domain expertise to position the company as the leader in security risk management. Prior to McAfee, McIntosh served as Chief Marketing Officer of Foundstone, Inc. (acquired by McAfee in 2004) and Group Director, Corporate Marketing at HNC Software (now Fair Isaac).

McIntosh has held senior-level branding and advertising positions at several well-known companies, including CBS Storerunner Network, Inc., Frito-Lay Inc., and Pepsi-Cola International. At Frito-Lay, Inc., he was Vice President of Branding and Advertising, and as Vice President of Advertising at Pepsi-Cola International, he was responsible for managing the company's brands outside of North America.

McIntosh also serves as a board member of the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation focused on transforming education locally and nationally to create greater opportunities for children.

Joel Winston Chief Privacy Officer Joel Winston

Joel Winston joined ID Analytics in 2011 as its Chief Privacy Officer and Vice President of Government Affairs. He is responsible for monitoring legislation and laws that affect ID Analytics’ solutions and its customers, overseeing regulatory compliance initiatives, and collaborating with government agencies.

He brings more than three decades of experience in all aspects of consumer protection law and public policy to the company, as well as expertise in the fields of privacy, identity theft, data security and credit reporting.

Prior to joining ID Analytics, Winston was the associate director of the FTC’s Division of Financial Practices, where he was responsible for protecting purchasers of financial products and services through law enforcement, rulemaking, policy development and public outreach. From 2000 through 2009, he led the FTC’s privacy program, first as associate director of the Division of Financial Practices and then as associate director of the Division of Privacy and Identity Protection, a new unit he helped create. In those positions, he helped to develop significant public policies, including several provisions of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions (FACT) Act, oversaw FTC enforcement and rulemaking efforts, and served as a member of the President’s Identity Theft Task Force.

In 2008, Winston was awarded the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive for his commitment to excellence in public service.
