Seasoned Management Team
Larry McIntosh most recently served as the company's chief marketing officer, responsible for leading the company's corporate strategy. In this role, he oversaw product management, marketing, privacy and government relations, and the company's successful entry into new markets including credit risk, authentication and compliance, and consumer identity protection. He also played a key role in the recent acquisition of ID Analytics by LifeLock, Inc., the leading provider of consumer identity theft protection.
McIntosh has over 30 years of marketing, management, and relevant industry experience. Most recently, McIntosh was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Corporate Marketing at McAfee, where he leveraged McAfee's capabilities and domain expertise to position the company as the leader in security risk management. Prior to McAfee, McIntosh served as Chief Marketing Officer of Foundstone, Inc. (acquired by McAfee in 2004) and Group Director, Corporate Marketing at HNC Software (now Fair Isaac).
McIntosh has held senior-level positions at several well-known companies, including CBS Storerunner Network, Inc., Frito-Lay Inc., and Pepsi-Cola International.

Peter Boyes, ID Analytics' Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, has a proven track record with successfully managing finance and accounting organizations, sales operations, business development and corporate development initiatives. He has held similar roles with venture-backed technology companies, investment banks and investment management firms. Boyes’ background includes day-to-day management of accounting and finance departments, development of merger and acquisition strategies and capital raising for both private and public companies. At ID Analytics, he oversees the accounting and finance organizations, sales operations and corporate development.
As a strategic finance executive, Boyes was most recently with Avondale Partners, LLC as Managing Director and Co-Head Technology Investment Banking. He joined Avondale as the result of a merger with Trumpet Partners, LLC where Boyes was one of three initial partners to start the boutique merger and acquisition advisory firm. Boyes has managed the completion of over $1 billion in finance and merger and acquisition advisory assignments.
Prior to Trumpet Partners, Boyes was Vice President Business Development and CFO at Mohomine, Inc. where he successfully assisted in raising close to $10M in venture capital funding. He also served as Vice President, Investment Banking at Volpe Brown Whelan and Company, LLC responsible for managing the merger and acquisition and corporate finance groups. Boyes started his career at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP as a Senior Associate in the Financial Advisory Services group. He was a Certified Public Accountant and holds NASD certifications.

Dr. Stephen Coggeshall is ID Analytics' Chief Technology Officer. Coggeshall has worked closely with ID Analytics and its executives since its inception and was instrumental in building the company's initial technical team and roadmap. In 2002, Coggeshall was co-founder and CEO of the analytics consulting company Los Alamos Computational Group which worked primarily with Morgan Stanley. Coggeshall has spent his 20-plus year career leading scientists to build practical solutions to difficult business problems using advanced analytics. He joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director, working in the areas of asset allocation, portfolio analysis, stock selection, proprietary derivatives trading and behavioral forecasts of investors and financial advisors.
Prior to Los Alamos Computational Group, Coggeshall was Group Vice President of the technology development organization at HNC Software. Until that time, Coggeshall was co-founder of CASA where he managed a group doing consumer behavioral and portfolio modeling and analysis (CASA was purchased in 2000 by HNC Software). Experience prior to CASA includes work in machine learning and adaptive computation; during this time Coggeshall led teams working with Citicorp, MasterCard and the Internal Revenue Service building applied solutions using advanced mathematical algorithms. He also spent 11 years at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in the field of laser fusion. Recognized throughout the industry for his work, Coggeshall received a Lifetime Achievement award from the San Diego Business Journal in 2012. Coggeshall co-authored the book entitled, "Foundations of Predictive Analytics." He is a frequent presenter and his research has appeared in national news media such as the Wall Street Journal, TIME Magazine, and the Today Show.

Colin Matthews has over 20 years of leadership experience in technology companies ranging from pre-funded start-ups to global corporations across a variety of industries. As Chief Client Officer, Matthews is charged with ensuring client success with ID Analytics’ solutions, advancing the company’s growth strategy, and expanding its presence in U.S. markets.
Recently at ID Analytics, Matthews overhauled the company's Channel Development strategy and expanded the partnering organization’s scope, extending the company's reach into new vertical industries. Before joining ID Analytics, he led Global Account Management and Channel Sales at Yodlee, the SaaS leader in online personal finance management. While overseeing more than $50 million in recurring revenue from global accounts with top retail banks, online brokerages and financial portals, Matthews delivered sequential years of double-digit growth.
Prior to Yodlee, Matthews led Strategic Alliances and then North America Sales teams for FICO’s Scoring Division. Responsible for over $100 million in annual revenue, he led distribution of their industry-leading FICO credit risk solutions to top financial institutions. Other career highlights include delivering the commercial fuel industry’s first real-time online private trading exchange for British Petroleum while leading strategic client engagements and Channel Development for Kleiner Perkins eCommerce start-up, Asera. Matthews began his technology career at Nortel Networks where he managed a global program to provide a unified client interface after Nortel’s $9 billion acquisition of Bay Networks.

Steve Seoane brings over 12 years of experience building and using scores and analytic products to meet the fraud, authentication, compliance, and credit risk needs of many leading companies and government agencies. As the leader of the ID Analytics product team, he is responsible for the product and market strategy for ID Analytics' enterprise solutions for fraud, authentication, compliance, eCommerce, and credit risk.
Prior to joining ID Analytics, Seoane held executive positions at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, most recently as Vice President of Analytics and Data Acquisition. Previously, he worked in Capital One's Hispanic line of business, responsible for credit policy and marketing strategy of bankcards to the U.S. Hispanic population. He has extensive experience working with credit bureau data, non-traditional public record data, state-of-the-art data mining and model development technologies. Seoane also served as an engineering officer and instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy.

As Vice President of Engineering, Steve Dyrdahl has 15 years of experience building and maintaining large scale software and database systems that support high-volume, low-latency B2B products and services. Dyrdahl was instrumental in building ID Analytics’ fundamental infrastructure that is still used today. Originally from Montana where he worked on a ranch and owned his own residential construction business, Dyrdahl is known for providing both technical leadership for his teams and strategic vision for the organization.
In his current role, he is responsible for a multimillion dollar budget which includes a large, dynamic team of software and quality testing engineers and offshore vendor operations. He has driven dramatic improvements to development methodology, test automation, financial system performance and data management throughout his tenure.
Dyrdahl’s past experience includes senior software engineering work at Hire.com, focusing on automated real-time web mining agents. Prior to Hire.com, he designed the database infrastructure for a patent management system at Reticular Systems.

Laura Trotter joined ID Analytics in May 2013 as the Vice President of Marketing. With more than 15 years of experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth B2B and B2C organizations, Trotter is responsible for the company’s corporate marketing strategy and execution.
Prior to joining ID Analytics, Trotter led the integrated marketing, corporate communications and marketing operations team for Illumina, the leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of life sciences systems used for genetic analysis. Prior to Illumina, she held a variety of global marketing leadership positions during her 10 year tenure at Qualcomm, Inc.
Previously, Trotter held marketing positions at several Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, Nokia, Eli Lilly & Company, and IBM.
