Bruce Hansen co-founded ID Analytics in March 2002, bringing almost two decades of experience leading companies in the financial services and analytic software markets. Prior to founding ID Analytics, Hansen was President of HNC Software Inc., a $1 billion global provider of analytic software for financial services, telecommunications and healthcare firms to reduce fraud and credit risk. HNC was acquired by Fair Isaac in 2002.
Prior to HNC, Hansen was CEO of the Center for Adaptive Systems Applications (CASA) Inc., a privately-held advanced analytics company that developed analytic software and services for risk, operations and marketing applications within the financial services industry. CASA was acquired by HNC in 1999. Hansen's previous experience also includes executive roles at Citicorp (now CitiGroup), Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) and Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase).
Recognized throughout the industry for his work and leadership, Hansen was named the Ernst &Young's 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year for San Diego in the Emerging Growth category and named the Los Alamos National Laboratory's Entrepreneur of the Year in 1998.
Hansen is also a member of the Board of Directors for the San Diego Software Industry Council and the San Diego American Electronics Association (AeA) Technology Board.

Stephen Coggeshall
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Stephen Coggeshall is the company's Chief Technology Officer. Coggeshall has worked closely with ID Analytics and its executives since its inception and was instrumental in building the company's initial technical team and roadmap. In 2002, Coggeshall was co-founder and CEO of the analytics consulting company Los Alamos Computational Group which worked primarily with Morgan Stanley. Coggeshall has spent his 20-plus year career leading scientists to build practical solutions to difficult business problems using advanced analytics. He joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director, working in the areas of asset allocation, portfolio analysis, stock selection, proprietary derivatives trading and behavioral forecasts of investors and financial advisors.
Prior to Los Alamos Computational Group, Coggeshall was Group Vice President of the technology development organization at HNC Software. Until that time, Coggeshall was co-founder of CASA where he managed a group doing consumer behavioral and portfolio modeling and analysis (CASA was purchased in 2000 by HNC Software). Experience prior to CASA includes work in machine learning and adaptive computation; during this time Coggeshall led teams working with Citicorp, MasterCard and the Internal Revenue Service building applied solutions using advanced mathematical algorithms. He also spent 11 years at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in the field of laser fusion.

Mike Cook co-founded ID Analytics in March 2002. Cook has spent almost 20 years in risk and fraud-related roles and half of that time in senior executive positions at various companies. Since joining the company, Cook has conducted extensive research on the methods and schemes of fraudsters, resulting in the development of industry-standard solutions that combat the most difficult-to-detect types of identity fraud. Frequently quoted in the media, Cook has authored the National Fraud Ring Analysis, the first National Data Breach Analysis and is invited to present at a variety of events throughout the financial services market. Previous to his role at ID Analytics, Cook was Vice President of Business Development at Evoke Software, a data profiling software company and founder of an information services company focused on the reduction of fraud and credit risk over the Internet.
Prior to Evoke, Cook was Senior Vice President of Data Operations for Experian, where he ran the National Consumer Assistance Center as well as the National Database Management and Profile Maintenance groups. Cook's other roles at Experian included leadership of all of Experian's online product development, product management, distribution and data acquisitions efforts.
Before Experian, Cook was Senior Vice President of Product Development and Management for First Data Corporation's newly acquired Innovis business unit, formerly Consumer Credit Associates (CCA). He was also a founding member of CCA, commonly known as the fourth credit bureau, before taking part in the sale of that business to FDC. For five years, Cook was also a Director for American Express' Risk Management organization within its Charge Card division. Cook received the Telecommunication Risk Management Association (TRMA) 2006 President's Award for being the best presenter at their 2005 conferences.

John Creelman
Chief Financial Officer
John Creelman joined ID Analytics in April 2005 as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Creelman brings more than seventeen years of financial management experience to the company with industry experience spanning software, internet application services, networking equipment, data storage, computer peripherals, semiconductors and photonics. Most recently, Creelman was the CFO at The Active Network where he managed the S-1 Registration process in 2004 and developed the accounting and financial reporting infrastructure required to support those efforts.
Creelman has extensive experience financing emerging growth companies with a variety of sources including debt, private placements, venture capital and three public equity (IPO) offerings. From 1998 to 2001, Creelman was the Chief Financial Officer at Copper Mountain Networks (NASDAQ:CMTN), where he managed their annual revenue growth from $211,000 in 1997 to over $280 million in 2000 and led their IPO in May of 1999. Creelman has also held CFO roles at VSK Photonics and ESI Software (sold to Macromedia, NASDAQ:MACR, in 1999). Earlier in his career Creelman held senior financial management positions with MTI Technology (NASDAQ:MTIC) and at Western Digital Corporation (NYSE:WDC) where he played a key role in their transition from being a manufacturer of computer peripherals to their current leadership position in the computer storage and hard disk drive markets.

Peter Hopfensperger
Chief Customer Officer
Peter J. Hopfensperger is the company's Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Hopfensperger strengthens ID Analytics presence in the markets currently served and assists in extending ID Analytics capabilities into new markets to drive revenue, reduce losses and protect brand reputation. Hopfensperger has almost 25 years of experience in sales and business development and has dedicated a career to meeting complex customer needs across a wide variety of industries.
Most recently, Hopfensperger was Vice President Strategic Client Services for Equifax, one of the largest credit reporting agencies in the U.S., and was responsible for all product and service sales to top national accounts. Prior to Equifax, Hopfensperger served as Senior Vice President, Sales for Experian's Marketing Solutions division where he was responsible for a national sales force of over 225 associates and a revenue budget in excess of $275 million. He also successfully restructured the sales organization to industry vertical markets including financial services, consumer products, retail, catalog, media, and emerging markets. Prior to Experian, Hopfensperger held a variety of business development and senior sales positions with leading credit bureaus and data providers including Acxiom, and TransUnion (11 years), as well as Message Media, Inc.

Allen Jost
Vice President Business Strategy
Dr. Allen Jost is the VP of Business Strategy for ID Analytics. Jost joined ID Analytics in April 2003 as the company's Chief Technology Officer until September 2005. Prior to ID Analytics, Dr. Jost spent 13 years with HNC Software Inc. (now part of Fair Isaac). He was a member of the management team that took HNC public in 1995. As Vice President in charge of New Products, he played a major role in the development of all of HNC's fraud detection systems including existing and new account credit card, Internet, merchant and medical fraud detection products. Before HNC Software/Fair Isaac, Dr. Jost worked in credit policy and risk management for Commercial Credit Finance Company and at Citibank. Prior to that, he developed direct marketing response scoring models at Metromail Corporation.
Dr. Jost is an inventor and co-inventor listed on two patents that deal with fraud detection scoring systems and one patent on home sale price prediction scoring models. In May 2000, Dr. Jost was selected as one of the "Top 100 IT Leaders in the United States" by Computerworld magazine. He is the author of a chapter on "Data Mining" in the book titled Handbook of Credit Scoring. Dr. Jost is also an Adjunct Professor in the Economic Crime Management Graduate Program at Utica College, Utica, New York.

Larry McIntosh
Chief Marketing Officer
Larry McIntosh is the company's Chief Marketing Officer overseeing all corporate and product marketing initiatives. McIntosh has almost 30 years of marketing, branding and relevant industry experience. Most recently, McIntosh was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Corporate Marketing at McAfee, where he leveraged McAfee's capabilities and domain expertise to position the company as the leader in security risk management. Prior to McAfee, McIntosh served as Chief Marketing Officer of Foundstone, Inc. (acquired by McAfee in 2004) and Group Director, Corporate Marketing at HNC Software (now Fair Isaac).
McIntosh has held senior-level branding and advertising positions at several well-known companies, including CBS Storerunner Network, Inc., Frito-Lay Inc., and Pepsi-Cola International. At Frito-Lay, Inc., he was Vice President of Branding and Advertising, where he was charged with developing advertising campaigns, a new brand identity system, promotions, and other relevant communications initiatives. As Vice President of Advertising at Pepsi-Cola International, he was responsible for managing the company's brand outside of North America.
McIntosh also serves as a board member of the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation for assisting underprivileged, abused and abandoned children.

Thomas Oscherwitz
Vice President of Government Affairs, Chief Privacy Officer
In his role, Thomas Oscherwitz monitors and manages compliance with key government laws and regulations in the field of Identity Risk Management like the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) and the USA PATRIOT Act. Oscherwitz also serves as ID Analytics' principal privacy officer. With an extensive background in legislative policy-making, Oscherwitz regularly gives consulting advice to ID Analytics customers in the areas of privacy, regulation, and legislation.
Oscherwitz joined ID Analytics from the Office of Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Cal.) where he served as counsel to Feinstein and represented her for five years on the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology, and Homeland Security. During his tenure in the Senate, Oscherwitz emerged as a legislative expert on identity theft and privacy policy. He participated in every major legislative debate on identity fraud and helped draft key fraud provisions of the FACT Act.
Prior to working for Feinstein, Oscherwitz was legislative assistant for Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (D-Cal.) where he served as an aide on the House Science Committee and Judiciary Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law. He also worked as a research fellow in the Program on Medical Ethics for the University of California, San Francisco.
Oscherwitz is a frequent public speaker on the topics of identity theft and risk management. In recent years he has addressed audiences at the Communications Fraud Control Association, the American Bar Association's annual meeting, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Symposium on Cyber Security Risk Management, Privacy &American Business, and the Social Security Inspector General's Office Conference on Identity Theft.
